My husband and I love this company. We bought a house a little over a year now and have used the company for summer and winter seasons for maintenance. The guys are always on time and very kind. We will continue using them! Great people in the field and in the office, and answer everything we needed to know!

This was the first time we used Climate Max and just wanted to say that we were very, very pleased with our experience. We had to have our evaporator coil replaced and while doing this, we decided to relocate the compressor unit to a different location which required replacing the entire lineset as well. We found Climate Max easy to deal with, very professional and timely with estimates as well as the actual work. We also feel that they were reasonably priced for the work they did. ClimateMax came out to my house at 830 pm and worked hard on a system that was beyond repair. The customer service between Timmy and Karmen; I was so pleased. I ended up needed a new system; and very impressed with the knowledge and quick service from ClimateMax staff!! Timmy has helped me for years with my AC and have always had amazing service.

During the coldest part of this winter my furnace decided that it no longer wanted to participate. I called up ClimateMax and that day they had a technician come out and look things over. The technician showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me an honest assessment. I had the choice to put a band-aid on the problem, or completely replace my furnace. With the house being almost 20yrs old I decided to replace my HVAC system and it was the best decision ever. The installation crew was punctual and polite. They made sure that everything was functioning properly before leaving and Karman made my paperwork seamless. Honest, dependable business! Karman is the best when it comes to working you into a busy schedule.Timmy goes above and beyond, taking care of customers. In the middle of summer, when I needed another unit, which had to be ordered, he offered to install a window AC, until the new unit arrived.This is the only company I will use.

I recently had two visits from the team over at ClimateMax and it was a dream. The relationship started with Carmen reaching out to me and setting up the service appointment. Her communication skills are the best in the game. She listened to my concerns and properly communicated the messages to the appropriate people. She was always on top of making sure I knew what was going on, updating me every step of the way. Also, as the voice of the company, she's so friendly and pleasant!Next up is my service technician, Tommy! Aside from seeming very knowledgeable and proficient in his field, he was kind and respectful when entering my home. You could tell he really cared about making I was comfortable with him being in the house and understood everything that was going on. He made sure to explain everything in terms I could understand as well as answering any and all questions I had. I was already impressed with him, but this was my favorite part:On Tommy's second visit, I wasn't present and instead had a female in the home. Tommy treated her and spoke to her in the exact same manner he did me. He won HUGE points from me for not treating her differently because she's a female- always something that I worry about in the service industry.This company really treated me well and am confident that they have resolved my issues, as well as have my back in the future, just in case! Great service! Fast and prompt!

Fantastic, prompt, professional service. Tim and his team are experts and we are so thrilled with the results. They've installed new gas lines, relocated HVAC, modified our existing system (which improved efficiency dramatically), and run all new vents, fans and HVAC in newly rennovated areas of our home. We are totally satisfied with their work. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Tim and his crew are fantastic!!! He is very fair in his pricing and his service is excellent. We began using him at our manufacturing facility and his service was so good I now use him at my home and rental property.
